Once the deposit is received, you will be sent a winter rental agreement via email, which must be signed and returned electronically to confirm your reservation. After the signed agreement is submitted, you will receive your official reservation confirmation. Please note that if you cancel your reservation, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-transferable to future stays.
