CANCELLATION POLICY: Please contact the Resort or JPH Retreats, LLC directly at 843-655-3500 twenty four (24) hours in advance to cancel your service. Credit card or room number on file will be charged 50% of requested service price if cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to service. If the appointment is rescheduled, no charges will be necessary.
NO SHOW POLICY- After 24 hours and in the event the guest is physically unable to have the service, unavailable for the requested service or is not present within 15 minutes for requested service, guest will be billed 100% of service amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.
